Well, if this report is correct, they're here anyway.
Brian Ross reports:
Large teams of newly trained suicide bombers are being sent to the United States and Europe, according to evidence contained on a new videotape obtained by the Blotter on ABCNews.com.
Teams assigned to carry out attacks in the United States, Canada, Great Britain and Germany were introduced at an al Qaeda/Taliban training camp graduation ceremony held June 9.
A Pakistani journalist was invited to attend and take pictures as some 300 recruits, including boys as young as 12, were supposedly sent off on their suicide missions.

U.S. intelligence officials described the event as another example of "an aggressive and sophisticated propaganda campaign."
Others take it very seriously.
"It doesn't take too many who are willing to actually do it and be able to slip through the net and get into the United States or England and cause a lot of damage," said ABC News consultant Richard Clarke, the former White House counterterrorism official.
Let's assume for a moment that this report is true and that there are suicide bombers that have been dispatched to the U.S. to carry out attacks. For six years, we've been told that only Republicans can keep us safe. For six years we've been at war in the Middle East, squandering lives and money and America's financial future. Americans have sat by like sheep while this Administration played on our fears of another 9/11 to tap our phones, monitor our e-mail and Web searches, strip-searched old ladies with hip replacements before they can board airplanes, and tried to disenfranchise those who would recognize that they have done a great deal to make us less free and nothing effective to keep us safer from terrorists.
And now that Americans have finally woken up and begun to realize just what they have given up to a bunch of criminals because they were traumatized on that day in September, suddenly we have terrorists that have already been dispatched to the U.S. If this story is true, all that money, all that surveillance, all that war, all those corpses, have been for naught -- twelve-year-olds are now here in a supposedly great nation with the biggest military in the world to commit Israel-style suicide bombings
If there are suicide bombers in this country, and just on the off-chance that all of this surveillance actually manages to track them, you can bet your life that this Administration will make sure that corporate leaders and other important Republicans will know where and when they are going to take place -- so they can stay away. For the rest of us, well, we're going to be just so many extras in the Administration's apocalyptic war movie and it'll be time to fire up the popcorn in the White House microwave, because for the bunch of incompetent fearmongers that both run this country and that aspire to the Republican nomination, terrorist attacks on our soil will mean that happy days are here again.
