C-Plus Caligula isn't even pulling a majority on what's supposed to be his strength -- the so-called war on terror. And still, the Democrats feel they have to tiptoe around him while the mainstream media still behave as if he's a popular president.
There are still some of us who want to see democracy work in this country, but Jesus H. Toe-Tapping Christ on a Bicycle, when are we going to have an opposition party step up to the plate already? We have an insane president who thinks he's a king, a Republican Congress that's corrupt to the bone, a ruling party that's too fucking cheap to provide body armor that could have saved 80% of the soldiers who have died from upper-body injuries -- and the fucking Democrats are still wringing their hands lest they be thought of as weak? And Chris Matthews and his ilk are still hoping to get invited to the White House Weenie Roast?
I swear, we have allowed nineteen guys with boxcutters and a few thousand guys living in caves topple this country. War on terror? It's already been lost.
