Who are the 20?

Eighty Senators yesterday co-sponsored a Senate resolution apologizing to African-Americans for its failure to enact legislation to make lynching a crime.

Because the resolution was passed on a voice vote, no one had to go on record as not supporting this resolution.

I want to know who the other 20 are.
