St Patrick's Day Parade

With the Sydney Harbour Bridge celebrations scheduled for next week, the annual St Patrick's Day parade was held last weekend on Sunday March 11.There were no incongruous Chinese dragon dancers like there had been 2005, but there were plenty of bagpipes, kilts and all things in green.We adjourned briefly to Hyde Park where I introduced the visiting Englishman to the beloved Australian pluto pup (
