Why is it OK for Christian conservatives to demand that a Supreme Court nominee tell them where she stands on certain issues (like abortion) and to not just "trust" the president's word, but it's not OK for progressives to demand that a Supreme Court nominee tell them where she stands on certain issues (like abortion) and to not just "trust" the president's word?
